Wingback is a satisfying, smooth and easy drinking take on the mercurial and elusive brown ale style. We've taken cues from English brewing techniques in our use of malts and yeast in this beer.

On tap.
Clear, medium brown color, low head of wispy foam.
Light notes of brown sugar and nuts - sweet mocha hints on the edges.
The flavor is a classic English brown ale. Sweet up front with mild caramel and molasses flavors.
Body is a bit thin but on style though it conceals the 6% abv.
Reminds me of a Newcastle but it's been a while.

On draft, in pint glass
Lighter brown in color, thin white head. Toasted and bready malt. Similar taste, a touch sweet and not a ton of depth to the flavor. Medium bodied.
