Brown color, quite dark. Beige foam, decent, one finger, quite long-standing. Not a bad appearance.
In the smell caramel, mou. Mou quite strong. But not cloying at all. A good balance.
Mou in the taste, too, quite smooth.
Maybe in the end it can be a little boring, but is quite well balanced by some bitterness. Some roast in the back.
