Bright golden, very clear with fine bubbles through the body & a large, foamy white head about 3cm tall that eventually halves in size. The nose is semi-sweet with pine, hops oils, stone fruits, citrus & light mango. The taste is a little lighter, the stone fruits & pine both show with light mango & a crisp, dry finish that's quite oily too but well balanced.
