Bursting with lemongrass aroma and flavor, supported by the gentle jasmine flower and Southern Cross hops from New Zealand, this beer is light, crisp, and refreshing. Lightly bodied with a floral & juicy flavor profile, this beer is great on its own or as an accompaniment to a spicy dinner (pairs well with Indian, Thai and Vietnamese cuisines, as well as seafood). Come get it while you can!

On tap at Heroes Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear golden yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells somewhat pleasantly of lemongrass, with some toastiness, a bit of stale sweetness, and some other vague floral notes.
I was a little bit worried that the lemongrass added to this one would be completely overwhelming. It’s not – adding some pleasantly floral and not too sharp notes. However, the base lager is kind of just too sweet and not crisp enough on the finish.
This is drinkable, and light bodied, and reasonably smooth, but I wish there was a bit more bite or crispness on the finish.
This was an interesting idea, and somewhat competently done, but definitely needs a little bit of work.
