This is the production brewery and tap house for the long established South Shore Brewpub in Ashland, WI.
They are located on the main street in Washburn in one of the older brick buildings that make-up the downtown. This is a pretty large space that has a few different areas to drink in, a hallway that houses their large vinyl collection and also has an outdoor space to enjoy your beer in.
They let the customers pick which records to play and your choices vary from old school country, pop, classic rock, etc.
I think they had about 10 beers on tap during our visit. Plus they offer beers to go. They have a good selection of regulars plus rotators. Note that I found their beer much improved from when I visited their brewpub several years ago.
Service was friendly and liked to talk shop which I enjoy. They don't have a kitchen but occasionally have food trucks.
