Named for SUNY Geneseo's mascot, this pils is brewed with two type of malt and flaked corn for a slightly sweet, smooth finish. One Knight can make a difference.

On tap at The Idle Hour in Geneseo, NY.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells slightly grassy, with some breadiness.
This is very basic, and maybe a little bit too sweet for the style, but I don’t hate it. It’s crisp enough, with a light bite to it.
This is pretty drinkable, and light bodied.
This isn’t a knockout by any means, but it went down easy enough.
