Look: Hazy pale gold, semi transparent. Pours with a fluffy 2 fingers of off white head. The head slowly gives way over 5 minutes leaving a strong half finger of head.
Smell: Oranges and lemons. Very soft with a hint of bubble gum sweetness. Pleasingly round and soft, without being muted.
Taste: Almost watery at the start but with grapefruit and lemon through the middle and end. The hints of orange peel and botanicals lend a subtle presence on the back end.
Feel: Very round, and soft. This beer has a super delicate lace like nature to it. It reminds me of an old English Grandmother, careful and considerate. This beer isn't going to blow your socks off, but spending an afternoon with it pleasant time well spent. A solid B+.

Pours a nice gold colour with a reasonable head on top. The smell is hops and bitter like any IPA. There are supposed to be gin botanicals infused in this beer but I cannot taste it. The beer does taste good though, gin or not.

473 ml can served at cellar temperature into a pint glass. LCBO purchase for around $3.50 CDN. Canned November 10, 2020.
Appearance - Lightly hazy, rich golden brew with a pleothora of bubbles and an impressive two finger white head with excellent staying power. The head is rocky like the mountains and as it begins its descent leaves behind a huge swath of lacing.
Smell - Citrus and pine with grapefruit and lemon to a lesser extent out in front. Pineapple is muddled in and there could be some herbs too (juniper per the can).
Taste - Mostly citrus, grapefruit and lemon leading the way with pine notes following it up. Fairly bitter across the board, a nice change of pace from all the sweeter NEIPA and APA's out there hitting shelves.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, a touch rough around the edges but the carbonation seems fairly soft and towards flat if anything.
Overall - A pretty solid West Coast style IPA with good citrus infusion. Well worth a shot and I look forward to enjoying again. Wellington has come out with a number of IPA's in the last 12-16 months and while they are a notch or two below GLB and CA, they are consistently solid, well crafted and in many cases rather inventive using some unusual ingredients. This is what helps solidify them as one of the better craft brewers in this province.

Pale gold colour with a sweet/hoppy scent. Little bitterness on the nose, with a hint of citrus.
Flavour profile was typical of an IPA but slightly less bitter than I am used to and very, very drinkable (dangerous considering the ABV, which was not noticable in the smell or taste). Perhaps it is a bit lighter in texture and flavour than one expects from the style, which, given your tastes, could be either good or bad. I thought this beer was tasty and drinkable overall, and very refreshing, but IPAs are not my go to style.
