From a 473ml can packaged on Feb 24 2026. A one finger bubbly head on a foggy straw. The head almost immediately diminished to a few thin rafts.
An interesting herbal smell. The taste is very subtle fruit up front. The farmhouse yeast is prominent. a dry finish with very minimal hop presence.
A medium body and good carbonation. Overall an interesting Saison. It doesn't really deliver the promised Apricot-Citrus.
