This beer is an homage to a classic IPA that is released each winter, using the freshest crop of hops available. In contrast to IPAs of today that seem to be chasing the palest color possible, this has some red hues from crystal malt, and is hopped with good ole' Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo.
