On tap at Tellurian Brewing, Charles City, IA. Served in a tasting glass. Pale yellow colored body, with a white head. Aromas and flavors are malt forward: notes of cracker, light caramel, and tart apple, with an herbal and grassy overtone. Medium bodied. Nice bitterness on palate, with a lingering note of tart apple on the finish. Overall, outstanding and highly recommended.
