A kettle sour brewed with chocolate scorpions, carolina reapers, ghost peppers, habaneros, jalapenos, cayenne and aleppo peppers. This beer is as hot as it sounds.

Other beers say they're hot, but they're all soda pop compared to Diabla. It is exactly what it says it is, and for that I give it props. I was hoping to find an identifiable sour base over which the intense chili heat was layered, but there's not much there except vegetal pepper notes. Might be a good addition to a pot of chili or a batch of bratwurst. Not recommended as a sipper, though.
