Served chilled in a nonic glass at the taproom.
Black colored body. Beige colored head. Leaves behind short strings of lacing.
Aroma of tangy oat malt and chocolate.
Taste is sweet and tangy. Flavors of roasted oat malt, milk sugar, and milk chocolate. All continue in the mellow aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Creamy and smooth texture. Good carbonation.
Tasty dark brew with the touch of chocolate.

Aroma is dark/roasted malts and chocolate/kind of like a mousse cake. The flavor is roasted malts and chocolate, mild dark fruit and a slightly sweet chocolate/acidic finish.
