Aroma is peaches/mild sweetness and dank/nutty hops. The flavor is mildly sweet peaches, malts and a clean bitter/almost noble/nutty/dank hop finish.

On tap at The Boulder Tap House, Cedar Rapids, IA; served in a snifter. Hazy golden yellow in color, with a brilliant white head that left some sticky lacing as it settled. Although brewed with peaches, the peach character is not over the top. Neither is the alcohol presence, surprisingly well hidden for the ABV. But, oh, the umami! It is off the charts, and I love it! I often pick up umami notes in New England-style IPA's, wild ales, and a few other styles, no doubt from the glutamates in yeast. This one has them in spades. Medium bodied and crisp, it's also a very easy-drinking beer. I've been impressed with Tellurian. They're making a name for themselves as another excellent and innovative Iowa brewery.
