On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a tasting glass. Pulpy light yellow in appearance, with a wisp of white head. Lovely fruity aromas of pineapple and tropical fruit that obtain on the palate as well. This has an almost juicy quality. Light malt, not too tart, a little funk, a little umami, and very easy drinking. Well done!
