This is a "Peach Cobbler Milkshake IPA" made with "300 lbs of hand peeled Clemson Peaches, vanilla, and cinnamon mixed together for a light summer IPA". With 8.4% ABV and a fairly strong flavor it doesn't strike me as a "light" IPA. It is, however, very light in bitterness, being one of the sweetest IPAs I can remember trying. The flavor also carries lots of vanilla and fruit but little of the fruitiness is specifically peach.
Appearance. Hazy yellow-golden body with a good white head
Aroma. Exceptionally fruity with a clear suggestion of sweetness that tasting confirms.
Mouthfeel. Smooth medium body with medium-light carbonation.
Overall. Definitely recommended, just don't expect much resemblance to a typical American IPA.
