Double Dry Hopping of Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops.
As soon as the can is opened, the fresh scent of tropical fruit and citrus fruits is immediately amplified as soon as it is poured into the glass.
Straw yellow color, moderately veiled.
Foam of medium consistency and persistence.
Really easy body in the mouth (what I was looking for, before returning to the office and considering that I'm practically on an empty stomach). Live carbonation, but not excessive.
Fresh taste of exotic and summer fruit (passion fruit, pineapple, yellow peach) and citrus scents (grapefruit, mandarin peel).
Final of a bitter certainly not intrusive, but still very well perceptible and delineated (which I really appreciate).
All the fruity scents are "dried" on the tongue, in which slightly resinous and herbaceous notes also emerge, while pleasantly echoing in the palate in a lighter way.
