April 2022.
33 cl can, Best before: 09 March 2023
Poured in three stages, it is wonderful: impenetrable black with abundant and soft beige foam that descends, while the beer rises ... wonderful.
Roasted and toasted notes on the nose.
In the mouth flowing body, but not at all watery ("watery"), minimal carbonation, but present.
In the mouth clear notes of coffee and roasting: from toasted to dark chocolate, hazelnut with a hint of woody bark note.
Taste of the right intensity, with an aromatic range always tending to roast / bitter until the finish.
I also notice a slight metallic note, not intrusive and that does not spoil the beer.
During drinking, even the notes of dark chocolate emerge in an important way, even with a slight sweetness.
Very tasty drink and supported by a body that is more medium than light
