Yellow-orange, slightly hazy. Beautiful foam, ivory color.
Light malt in the smell, tea, herbal hop, green. Not too livly, a bit dull, damp.
Again tea in the taste, good bitterness.
English bitter, english notes, english hops.
Just a bit of damp in the smell, not too fresh.
But good drinkability.

MAY 2023.
4% Best Bitter in a 33cl can (€5 at the beershop).
Smell of Ale on the nose: mostly malts, fairly neutral hop scent vaguely reminiscent of grass.
As soon as poured abundant foam, soft not much consistency but which in any case does not disappear and remains to act as a small hat for the beer.
Amber color, with reddish reflections.
In the mouth "direct" beer, clean simple, without forcing and without going out of style.
Not too light in body, but extremely drinkable, supported by adequate carbonation, i.e. minimal, but present in the background.
The malts dominate the soft entrance: cereals, biscuit, then the bitter hints of non-fruity hops arrive, with slight herbaceous and spicy notes and nothing more.
At the end of the drink, the mouth remains clean, on the palate hints of classic British Ale with malted hints remaining as the last flavour.
Faithful interpretation of the classic style, drinkable, balanced and without frills.
