I visited 5th Line Brewing while in Yakima a week or so ago for Fresh Hop Festival. It's a hockey-themed bar at the edge of downtown in a warehouse type of building, so the build-out is spacious and airy, if a bit industrial, and they block off part of the parking lot for an outdoor seating area. There were a lot of families around on the day I visited, and the place had a convivial atmosphere.
When I visited, they had 15 beers on tap with an emphasis on pale ales and IPAs. Although service at the bar is good and friendly, I was not especially impressed by the quality of the beers. As I understand it, they are a relatively new brewery, so I look forward to returning to Yakima and seeing how the beers progress over time.
