Dream Landing is a light bodied lager with pilsner malt. It has a small bitterness addition with Citra and CTZ hops blended. The profile this has a clean fermentation. It also has a crispy yet cracker finish on the end.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light pale color with a mild white head. SRM of 5. (3.50)
Aroma: Strong aromas of pale malts, some hints of citrus and flour. Somewhat musky. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of citrus and tea. A bitter citrus, flower, and tea upfront. Finishes clean. (3.50)
Feel: Medium bodied, strong creation, hoppy and bitter. (3.75)
Compared to Fair State Pils 1/2024: Pours lighter, milder head. Milder aromas. More earthy and musky citrus and tea. Less bitter citrus and flower. Winner: Fair State.
Overall: A Euro pale lager. Hoppy, sort of earthy and tea-like. It's alright, but not great. (Rating: 3.59)

Great looking brew that has a very flavorful scent of wheat and a light scent of citrus. Mouthfeel is light but with a crisp, easy bite. I found this to be solid, not necessarily the best or greatest, but certainly super solid. I'll be glad to come across this one again, and aagin...
