This is our new stout after our banana bread we make. This pastry stout has Wild Thai Banana, cinnamon, nutmeg and molasses.

Picked up a bottle after volunteering at the Free The Whales festival at Hopfly Brewing in Charlotte on 7-1-23. Shared with my tasting group 3-29-24. Cold stored since purchase.
With a lot of beers on the palate this was cracked late and found it to be sweet and cinnamon forward. Not bad but a 3 oz sample was plenty for me. Definitely a fun concept for the brewing team to try!
