A: Pours a clear pale straw yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate amounts of pale bright yellow + pale yellow + very pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a medium to marge sized patch of thin film covering approximately 40% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of grainy + bready malts with moderate amounts of rice adjuncts and just a hint of grainy sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of lager yeast. Hints of grassy hops.

T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of grainy + bready malts with moderate amounts of rice adjuncts and just a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are hints of grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades way leaving a clean finish.

M: Light bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshingly crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a nice rice presence and well balanced bitterness. Perfect for this hot Labor Day weekend.
