A: pours up a hazy but not quite opaque golden amber with a soapy, two finger off-white head, good retention, nice lacing.
S: the cheesiness here is understated, yet dominant, there are hints of pineapple peeking out from under it, as well as some sweet mango.
T: An initial wave of candied sweetness comes though as you take the first sip, followed by a prominent bitterness. The sweetness almost has a vibe of buttercream icing. There is an undercurrent of mango, and maybe a hint of tangerine here but the fruit notes are somewhat nondescript.
M: Smooth and creamy, but with enough carb to make the finish a satisfying one.
O: This is a solid enough offering, it’s not exceptional, nor classic, but you could do a whole lot worse. That said, if you are going to buy some beer from inner voice, I would opt for Full Circle.
