It is sometimes classified as a Bière de Champagne / Biere Brut and sometimes as a Belgian Blonde. I am leaning towards Belgian Blonde.
Look: semi-clear golden/yellow with a thick white head
Aroma: bread, yeast, lemon
Flavor: white bread, some yeast, but there's also some lemon, it's a bit tart and dry and bubbly like champagne.
Body/Overall: Not really my thing but thirst quenching.
