33 cl. Brown glass bottle coded “Lote 2001 Consumo preferente 02/23” and sampled on 25 November 2022
Look: Hazy golden body with an orange sheen beneath a short head of white foam.
Smell: Grainy malt with a little bit of phenolic yeast character.
Taste: The grainy malt is lightly sweet alongside orange, acidity, woodiness, and phenolic yeast character. It’s mildly bitter but still dry in the finish with some light acidity and a delicate spiciness lingering shortly.
Feel: Light-medium in body and gently effervescent and crisp.
Overall: Refreshing and enjoyable but not particularly noteworthy.
