Welcome to another adventure in the world of hops. We went big on this one. Real Big. Crocs With Socs is our 10% Triple IPA. A heavy dose of awesome hops went in to this one. Hallertau Blanc, Bru-1, Simcoe, and Citra hops came together to create one extraordinary combination of flavors. Taking things a step further this time, we used a combination of Citra lupulin powder and another great inovation in the hop industry, Citra Spectrum. Spectrum hops is a variety specific hop extract for dry hopping that captures all of the amazing hop flavors and aromas without the extra hop matter. Expect a punch of tropical flavors throughout along with a subtle white wine character from the Hallertau Blanc hops. Enjoy the journey!

Creamy orange with a finger-and-a-half of yellowed head. Decent retention and great lacing. Herbal, earthy aroma. Creamy orange, mango, strawberry, pepper, herbs, weed and cat pee in the taste. A kiss of alcohol and great hop burn. Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel. Very tasty.
