Influence Hoppy Red Ale

Poured a a seethru amber-tinted copper body with decent head and slow-dying lace. Earthy, hoppy aroma with some maltiness in background. Smooth, medium body, slightly heavy with a biscuity chewiness as beer has a a nice citric and earthy hoppiness that is well-balanced. Beer has a fuller finish as the malts add some heft to the beer and this is an enjoyable slow sipper.
