** Third & final lost review from the islands of Greece, September 2021 **
Hops, please? I’m dying over here. Had a great time chatting with the crew at Solo & hoping they can rescue me from this hopless hell. Actually, I love Crete. But, hops!
The pour is decadent winter sunshine topped with an actual hop nose: bitterness, dried grass, mown grass, lemongrass. All the grasses.
Fouriaris is a throwback; evidently one must now travel to a remote Aegean Sea island to get a proper West Coast IPA? None of this orange juice junk: straight bitterness laced with more bitterness, followed by that lemongrass, orange peel. Might be able to drink a couple of these before I laid down.
Best beer I’ve had in Greece to date (other than the oak-aged RIS these kind gentlemen pulled off a tank for us). Very good IIPA makes me long for the good old days of hops.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
