Drinking this at The Buck Bald Brewery in Downtown Copperhill Tennessee.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown almost black with a nice foamy tannish head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells malty, roasty, spicy, malty sweet.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice dry finish.
Overall, if you only have one beer at Buck Bald Brewing, make it this one, in fact the brewer himself told me this was his favorite beer.
I would definitely order again.
