Drinking this at The Buck Bald Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Copper Hill Tennessee.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown with a tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells lightly bready, spicy, chocolate, pepper.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a nice sweet, and chocolate and pepper bite that builds on my palate but never too too much.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice twist on a Brown Ale that I would definitely order again.
