Osulds Obsession is the first release in our Heritage Series, paying homage to Manitowoc’s history. Osuld Torrison, a Norwegian immigrant once operated one of Wisconsin’s largest mercantile operations in downtown Manitowoc. The building stands today housing the River Lofts and the Wine Bar. We’d like to think Osuld would appreciate our combination of Norwegian yeast with Sabro and Vic Secret hops in this hazy IPA that leads with notes of melon and soft tropical fruits.
