To craft it, the brewers started with a complex Quad base brimming with dried fruit tones. Then they aged it for 20 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and finished it with cinnamon for sophisticated flavors of streusel and oak.

Anticipate a full bakery's worth of pastry aromas with every decadent, dark pour of Streusel. Look for the complex quaff to follow, with nuances of raisin and date from the base flowing into hints of brown sugar, bourbon caramel, and vanilla oak.
