Fortunate enough to visit Fass for the first time when in Conroe yesterday. Very impressed with the quality and selection of their mainly German styled beers. Sampled 4 and all were excellent. The bar itself is in a restored older downtown location. The main description is classy, from the original stamped tin ceiling to the clean retro bar, furniture, etc. And no blaring 7 tvs. A perfect place for enjoying beers, conversation and ambience.

Beers are all excellent. Primary focus seems to be German styles (which are very well made). IPAs are great as well.
The brewery is set in old downtown Conroe. Very cool atmosphere and a fun spot for a beer. Definitely recommend.
Staff was all very friendly.

If you are into fine German beer this is the place to check out. Didn't try the food but looked good from what I saw. Everyone working there was nice and conversational.
