I had this beer on-tap in a shaker pint at the brewery in Mill Creek.
Appearance: rich copper hue with the tiniest hint of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: a light toasty malt with some floral hop notes. It’s nice.
Taste: a bit sweeter than the aroma suggested, with some bright lemony and piney hops. There’s a good bitterness, but it’s not overpowering. A good balance - classic WCIPA.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a solid classic American style IPA. This could easily become my go-to.
