I had this beer on-tap in a shaker pint at the brewery in Mill Creek.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweetish malt with a nice citrus aroma; think candied orange peel. I dig it.
Taste: on the sweeter side, but with a good citrusy flavor of orange and a little bit of grapefruit. A solid hazy.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: a perfectly cromulent hazy IPA. I’d be happy to have a second pint.
