This beer is a house-brew made by IWBC for Steer N Stein restaraunts in southern California. On tap in a beer mug, the beer is a bright yellow-gold color with thin filmy head. Sweet barley and malty smell. Stale, malty taste, with typical notes of a lager. Crisp and smooth in mouth, despite being served at sub-zero temperatures. Slight fruity notes to the finish, with a stale and lightly sweet malty aftertaste. Nothing spectacular; pretty standard for a house beer.
