Appearance - Pours a deep apple juice gold with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - Biscuity malts, apple and orange juice, artificial vanilla extract, mild hop aroma.
Taste - Biscuity malts and citrus hops, along with subtle notes of orange juice and vanilla. I still get something like apple juice in here... maybe the appearance is throwing me for a loop.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very dry finish.
Overall - It's a refreshing cream ale, but I was expecting something more like a creamsicle based on the name (which is my own error). I'd like more orange and vanilla to be present.
