Bubbly but quite foggy orange-amber with a short but persistently fuzzy white head that lightly curls at the ridges.
A sour girl for sure, this expresses strong stone fruits and even a little passion fruit, but also comes just shy of vinegar. The nose is slightly funkier, but the brighter acids dominate.
Crisp and zippy, there is some light oak that reveals itself in the semi-dry finish.
