Up front comes all the cream cheese frosting, whereas the swallow actually gives real, fresh carrots, lightly caramelized.
I actually dig the real carrot vibe--it's not even something you often taste in actual carrot cake. There are fucking chunks of carrot in here though...what are we doing?!
