First time visit to Coburg, and this establishment, on 28SEP21....
Place is easy to find, on a small pedestrian street just off the Marktplatz. The Brauhaus is located on the ground-floor of a white, multi-story building on the corner of the pedestrian street and a side alley. There were some large wooden tables and benches out front, along with a few more across the alley. Entering the main Stube, there's a bar running back along the right side, and many tables straight ahead and to the rear. It was a 1/2-1/2 combo of dark wood and light plaster, still being very bright and airy, with many bier-related pics and artifacts on the walls.
They have their own haus bier (a Keller/Zwickel on this day) and a few other rotating offerings. You can also get one of 7-8 guest biers, like Monchshof or EKU28. I had the haus bier, which was solid. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Overall this was a pleasant, comfy place to hit....
