From start to finish this massive stout was embedded with decadence. It is based on a Mexican trifle dessert. A full double mash with only the best grain combined with an over 4 hour boil make this stout extremely thick and sweet. After fermentation to its massive ABV we then added loads of 3 chilies (Ancho, Guajillo, & Pasilla), chocolate, ceylon cinnamon sticks, pomegranates, and orange zest. While full of flavor this beer is still balanced with a lot of the base stout still noticeable. This beer is best as it warms, the flavors will be at their best around 52-56 degrees.
