Pours A hazed & effervescent gold, some floaties, with a pinky of beige head. Some head retention & lacing, plus plenty of floaties
S: Apricot & coconut, some mango shows up once the beer has warmed up
T: Pineapple, coconut, mango & a little saltiness. plus lime up front, some dryness & tartness as well. Plenty of pineapple & coconut, plus tartness once this beer is warm, a little mango sweetness as well. Finishes with a trace salt, some tartness & just a ton of tropical goodness, with a kiss of lime
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation, pronounced acidity. Carbonation tails off once warm
Delivers all the promised flavors with plenty of drinkability. Easily one of the best Sours I've had in a long time. If everything would've kept pace with the flavor; this is an A+ beer. Instead, it is a solid A
