Pours a slightly hazed gold with a thumb+ of pearl colored head. Very good head retention & above average lacing
S: Catty, some melon & citrus
T: Cantaloupe, watermelon, peaches, orange juice, white grapes, dryness & guava up front. Slight cattyness & a little pine once warmer, more watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, & dryness. Finishes a little dry with some grapefruit, green melon, guava & strawberry & just a little cattyness
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation, nice balance. Carbonation is a little more aggressive once warmer
Very drinkable, ABV is diabolically hidden. Nose kind of holds this back a bit & really doesn't totally jibe with the flavor at first, but comes around a bit. If everything matched the flavor, A+ beer
