An interpretation of the style from which most mass-produced lagers were born. This brilliant straw-colored bitter lager has a simple, soft malt backbone which allows the delicate aroma of the classic Saaz hop to shine through. An ideal beer when you want more than one.

Sparkling clear gold with a bubbly head of moderately short height that leaves spongy coral lacing on the glass.
A very mild toast pairs with a hint of white grape skin and a touch of floral bitterness that on occasion exhibits a wisp of skunk on the nose.
This solid pils was a crisply tingly and refreshingly dry libation after a bike ride.

Taster at Bell Tower. Clear golden pour, small creamy white head. Light bready, grainy aroma. Taste is grainy, dry, mildly bitter. Faint lemony notes.
