This easy sipper is our invitation to explore a more traditional take on what craft beer has to offer. Not overly bitter or dry, this hybrid lager received extended cold conditioning, allowing flavors to smooth and mellow. It's worth nothing that the name is an intentionally misspelled play on words, with Cloche meaning Bell in French.

Clear and slightly lighter yellow than their pils with a fluffy, puffy white head.
This has a little more effervescent roundness than the pils, with less bitterness yet more toast and a touch of corn.
It, too, is quite refreshing after a bike ride, while coming to a semi-dry finish.
