Tartarus Beers

Blind tasted.
L- Pours inky black with 1Cm of very dark tan foam head.
S- Deep roast, hints of coffee into cocoa. Light ABV% note comes through.
T- Boom! Mega roast and very very intense dark bitter coffee. The bitter note presumably combines with hops leaving a dry lick across the palate in the finish
F- An absolute bulldozer on the palate. Very pungent and heavy. Made for slow sipping. Interesting in that for a moment it conjured the proposition that there is a point a beer simply brings too much. IDK - you decide!
O- An absolute thumper of a brew. Very interesting to try. It's different how a beer as dark and hefty (%) as this is also notably dry - very unusual. Might suit winter months better than a 28C day!
