Pours a lovely barleywije colour, tiny bit of head, mostly thin bubbles rising to the top, although not for long.
Smell is rich malty red berry and dark fruit, fig, plum, prune.
Taste is the same. Very nice added vinous character added by the barrel.
Feel is rich, touch of fizz to stop it from being too much.
Great BA barley wine.
