Dark copper look, decent bubbles, only leaving a small ring.
Smell is powerful. Deep umami smell of rich dark fruit, dried fig, prune, raisin. Certain bourbon spice and vanilla comes out.
Taste is the same, very rich taste, almost a little too much somehow. Sweet, no bitterness.
Feel is definitely rich, touch syrupy.
