Somewhat clear golden body with a white head. Honeyed malts with apple, pear, lemon, belgian yeast, and a hint of graham cracker. Taste has the fruits again with soft yeast leading, honey bright malts, slight grain and esters, but the potency is weaker. Feel is bright and soft, smooth but shallow in complexion

Poured from 330mL bottle into a wine glass. Best by 7/5/23.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a light haze and a finger of frothy white foam capping the beer. The head retention isn't perfect, but overall it looks pretty nice.
Smell: lightly sweet, apple-and-pear orchardy aroma. Quite good - just what I like in the style.
Taste: more sweetness than the aroma, but still with decent chunk of pear character and a bit of hop bitterness. I think the sweetness is a bit much as it builds, but in general not a bad beer.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent enough carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty middle-of-the-road Belgian pale. No complaints, but it's also got its imperfections.
