Murky bright yellow body with a white head that slowly fades into a cap. Springy wheat with citrus and slight coriander in the nose. Taste has wheat that is pillowy and has citrus in spades too, minor esters of pear and fresh apple slice, yeast is airy and malt lends a honeycomb sweet accent. Feel is light and soft with a decent snap on the end, wheat and yeast driven for sure.

Poured from squal little 330mL Belgian-style bottle into my Belvárosi sörfesztivál tulip. Best by 6/17/25.
Appearance: medium-rich golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop. A bit less hazy than most witbiers I’ve encountered, and the head could stick around a bit longer.
Smell: sweetish malt with some wheatiness and an earthy spicing; it’s not huge coriander like I like in the style, but it’s nice.
Taste: even sweeter than the aroma, but a nice level of almost fruity spicing. I like it well enough, but it is just a bit too sweet for me.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a reasonably decent witbier. If you like ‘em sweet, this one may be for you.
